**_Few notes_**
I like Anime and learning the stuff like aegisub and this was my first project. I got a nice feedback so I continued it. So thank you guys.
Retimed the subtitle using aegisub, removed any scene bleed and frame changes and just a few edits. Converted the English audio to [FLAC](https://xiph.org/flac/download.html) level 8 to have the maximum quality. Retimed using Audacity. Added CRC32. I just learnt to retime the subs. Please do watch this masterpiece movie and tell how it is.
As you can see from last 2 SC I **_rectified_** the misunderstanding in the sub(Resulting the sub having **_shit subs name_** ). Actually I did rectify it in the [sub](https://nyaa.si/view/1109735) version of mine.
I watched the sub version and I didn't find any noticeable errors except that misunderstanding.
I tried to retime the English [CC] but mkv merge is not taking the delay, I don't know why? And many of us don't like the notion of CC so I ignored it. If you want I will provide it and say the delay level.
If you want a lower size version I can convert it to AAC and can chop off ~1GB. So leave a comment if you want.

Yeah it is but since Hi10 decided to use it I didn't change it and I respected that. So I didn't change it but if you want I will change it and give it to you. All it takes is one minute do it, so no biggy
What's "scene bleed" and why you call this movie "masterpiece"? It's really good? I wanna watch it and maybe I do upload my own version of this movie if I really like it.

1st question answer- scene bleed is when the subtitles protrude past the scene the dialogue spoken and goes into next scene.
2nd question answer- Because it is. I really liked the movie. It showed the relationship between a child and a mother in very intriguing way. Please watch it, I am sure you will like it.
Extra info- when you retime sub you should do it in aegisub and do a frame based one not time based. Every source is different, one sub may be timed to one but not on other. So you need check before muxing. Generally TV->BD this happens. There is frame change as well, refer [this](https://unanimated.github.io/timing-basics.htm) for more info
@k-shadow Sorry I don't plan to do 1080p version,bcz of my shit uploading speed. But if I get enough comments with positive feedback for this then maybe I will release it.
@zrdb Thanks for the suggestion, I tried it once but I didn't find it useful. Are you talking about the tool auto sync? If yes then it has an accuracy of +/- 100ms and it is not good. It has scene bleed everywhere. My subtitles is in sync with 1frame accuracy free from any scene bleeds, flickering, key frame changes.
If not can you explain me in few words how subedit is good than aegisub?
@yukino I didn't check the other releases for this but hi10-kaiji is really good. I don't know why people are thinking hi10 is shit, kaiji script was shit but hi10 edited it and made it really good. But they screwed up at one instance and apparently all it took was one guy to spout bs and every one is thinking sub is shit. All are pointing that saying it a shit sub. Anyway I did rectified it but no one seems to check it.
Okay I decided to do a 1080p and I am working somethings on my end.
gsk_-I don't know how you sync subs but I do it by ear to the nearest 1/100 of a second. I tried ageisub and it gave me really shitty results then tried SubEdit and it worked perfectly. When I retime subs I'm usually doing subbed only anime. I just finished up my own 1080P version using the cut english audio and the raw japanese video but no japanese audio. I took the pgs subs from the us release and converted them to ass and heavily edited them as they appeared to be for the hearing impaired. At least it's way better than the fucked up bluray release here. It's about 32.2 gigs and no re-encoding was applied to the video or audio (DTS HD MA).

@zrdb I retime according to sound as well but with much more precision using frames as my base. I use the guide https://unanimated.github.io/timing-basics.htm this is how a sub should be timed.
How did you convert pgs to ass? How do you edit the sup/pgs? Aegisub doesn't support it. What s/w do you use? Can you retime in it?
I've found my method of timing subs yields excellent results-but to each their own. PGS to ass?-simple-I use SubEdit with the tesseract ocr plugin. You can save in almost any text based sub format you want.
@zrdd Thanks for the info. I searched through internet and found a method to convert it into to .srt but script got scrwed up and had to do heavy editing. I got official retail sub as well, I am retiming it so just stay tuned. If I can complete every thing in by this morning I will release it today.
Out of all the version, yours is the best! I really appreciate that you included the japanese subtitles in it!

Sorry, I realized that there is a .ass file.
So I downloaded DmonHiro's .ass file and applied to the raw video instead.
Saved 1GB, no english and has japanese subtitles. ?
@Hifumi_l what do you mean by english voice do you want a single audio version? If yes I already did it, with the edit. Though I will do a AAC version but it will be a dual audio.
Dmonhiro release used mezhasite sub, I will include it in my AAC release as well.
@psyscope Yes I stayed with Flac on my 1080p release. I was mainly asked for 1080p here and on forums I visit. So I did it. But I plan on doing a 720p AAC with only mezhasite sub no sup files for anyone having bandwidth issue.
