Google TL from Spanish makes more sense than actual Aniplex subs.

Because if you lose the entitlement to expel a Lord,
you won’t be considered part of the Clock Tower’s inner circle.

Because only those who have that title

So, actual line is:

Only the factions that can make Lords are entitled to be part of the Clock Tower’s Inner circle.

Or something like that. Anyway, fuck Aniplex.
Wakanim had different subs for special episode, but not for actual TV series.
