They modified FFF subs and those were in sync to the JP BDMV which I used.

It seems that ep. 9 is missing subtitles.

@Greaterdemon no the subtitle is there I made a small mistake, simply change subtitle track to 2 and it should appear.

I have accidentally set the Signs and NC as default my bad.
