does this use static-subs subtitles?

@Vegeta: From checking ep 01, it seems that they used the scripts that I put together back in 2017 (#894756), which started with the Anime-Keep English subs that were in the German Fan-Edits release (#421885), but integrated a lot from Static-Subs as well. Biased opinion of course, but these should represent the best English subs out there for this series. The main differences are that EUR used the "plain" subtitles (no color-coding by character) and didn't add OP/ED romaji, which were hardsubbed in the GFE release.
