1440×810 TV encode. Same frame-timing and audio as the web rip.

Kiramager in like eight hours, maybe. (If Over-Time finishes subbing it first, which they probably will, I’ll include their subs too.) Scratch that, I’m not doing Kiramager. I can’t find ABC caps and the TV Asahi cap looks terrible.

update (2020-03-29): The TTFC raws have gotten back to being proper VBR encodes; unless the quality suddenly tanks again, I will not be doing TV encodes anymore.
