“Huh! Penguin Village Through the TV Jack” (1981) is an hour long special that aired on July 25, 1981 immediately after the airing of episode 9 of the Queen Millennia TV series. It features clips from both the “Dr. Slump and Arale-chan” and “Queen Millennia” anime series with 2 minutes of new footage invoving Arale and the gang meeting Yayoi and Hajime from Queen Millennia. This 2 minute clip compiling the new footage was released as an extra on the Queen Millennia TV series dvds. Sadly, the full hour special remains unreleased at this time.
