Filtering: minor denoise, minor deband

About 2.1ch: BD has 2 audio tracks, LPCM 2.0 and DTSMA 2.1, the DTSMA one is the same as LPCM one after discarding the LFE channel, so only it is retained and converted to FLAC.

Rerip fix: adjust denoise threshold to avoid raindrops (and maybe some other details) being erased by the filter.
