Yes the video quality is pretty crappy, yes I guess some translations are questionable, yes it could be retimed a lot better.
But I’ll just post it anyway if someone ever wants to fix the subs or just wants the batch without wasting time looking through separate releases.

Atleast this release has the fonts + subs remuxed with it.

Apparently “San no Sara Toutsuki Ressha-hen OVA” = “Erina no Shin Seikatsu OVA”. Thanks for making that clear @ghostosenpai.
