What do you mean by Promo? Is it a non-completed game like a test game or something? Besides, what are the features of this EUR version compared to the US one other than it being PAL and with a Japanese opening song and maybe different languages translations?

It's usually the same as the retail version, but figured it's worth sharing in case someone finds something other releases don't have. This features the English dub and subtitles in various European languages (French, Spanish, German and Italian, I think).
