Douluo Dalu - Episode 127

Though I’ll also say it here:

• Added 6 additional fonts/subs for you to choose from for the best watch experience.
• Long lines that were put into 1 sentence have been moved split into 2 lines instead for a more preferable read.
• AnimeXin name that kept appearing has been fully removed cuz it’s annoying as hell.

NOTE: I’m NOT going to sync the subs or change the English or whatever, it’s not worth my time. I rather wait for the
Official Subs to come out and then I’ll do it like I’ve been doing with my other releases --> Rework on the series.

@SacredGold has stopped uploading for the time being because of my releases so if you’re waiting for his release
you’re just wasting your time and my version includes the little extra’s which you don’t get at his, though the subs
that are hiding the Chinese in my version is put under his name as I am always doing! :)

Can you rate your subs from 1-10?

the subs are the same as the one been used in @SacredGold his releases so it’s still outrageous af imo.
–> AnimeXin subs (cough cough)…

I would say around 5/10 without doing anything on them and 6/10 with my version
cuz it feels a little more readable with the choose of fonts etc.

But if it were MY subs… it would’ve been one from the Official Subs + changed those a
little what would make the rating into… 10/10 (no joke)

But no one else is subbing the series except AnimeXin and the official subs of Douluo Dalu
takes a few days or maybe even weeks before they’re up.

But again, they’re good enough to understand what’s going on!

Thank you for the upload & the passion :) It was so early that I missed it first time, lol. AnimeXin Subs (Anime Sin !) as with Battle Through The Heavens to name but one of many they are still mucking up gender etc - after all these years Amazing (grateful though to have any subs as know only the barest of Cantonese)

Hahah, I uploaded it on 10 AM (my time) but I can’t stop agreeing with you, their subs is a Sin!

Normally I could watch it myself already and correct the gender sub problems
since they’re constantly referring to “it” which is so annoying…

I am watching Douluo Dalu together with a friend of mine at the same time so that’s why I haven’t watched it yet! :3

Which also explains why I didn’t bother changing the subs like that…
Besides, like I said before, it’s not worth my time… rather wait for Official Subs!

VipapkStudios -I will keep the earlier time gratefully in mind (no sweating it though :) Don’t blame you re. subs, not worth it (even if they are slowly tackling the gender now :). Wow so many options for subs… really I only need or prefer sacredgold 02 (nice nod/touch there & nice positioning) -
I don’t know if it would be less work but sacredgold put a second sub in that is like an srt (I use daum player & you can set the subs up however you wish with the srt softsub) Just a thought.

What I’ve noticed is that SacredGold puts the subs in Aegisubs and leaves it like that cuz it automatically becomes what we’ve seen in his releases
basically 1 second work but the automatically positioning was not bad on his imo.

I’ve been working on the episode for a whole 15 mins by making these little changes and adding the 6 fonts.

But the Daum Player is an I would say pretty unknown player to allot of people since billions of people are using VLC Media Player haha
If it works for you, you should be fine! ^^

Great choice, the SG HC (02) sub, I really like that font, not the sub but font, a little bit more then Open Sans!
but because Open Sans is more known in general, it’s better to add that on top of all of them! :)

I am not sure if you are doing this already (I don’t think so but maybe I am wrong) but can you please adjust the durations to be a bit longer? In subtitle edit: Tools/Adjust Durations/Recalculate (extend only). Animexin subs durations are based on Chinese subs which have fewer characters and are faster to read than English. So it would help my slow brain.

Yeahh I know that option, I use it allot in my other releases. Didn’t think about it so thanks for the reminder!

At least, I use the “Timing” option which I prefer a bit more since it’s easier to use! :)

Thanks Vipapk just got home and hurried to open my comp just to dl this episode and watch it as soon as it finished (^o^)/ can’t even complain hehehe just its good and the timing kinda fast but yeah have to rewind it a few frames then play it again.
