FYI, if you're upscaling halftone source with CUnet make sure to use the highest memory spit size, otherwise you will get this artifact. 100% zoom and you'll see this blocky artifact. I don't know if people can spot them casually but maybe depending on their display as well. I read them on 2k display tablet and I just spot them immediately, they're just visible to see.
