Minor comment, all the subtitle tracks are marked as default on this where before it was only English. VLC picks the last default track (zh-Hant-CN) and other players may do the same, so it may cause confusion.

yeah, the eps has longer duration and more action scene than previous eps.
I forgot to set the default track flag value beside English in mkvtoolnix, previous mkvtoolnix version is just fine, if there is already “default” value the rest is automatically “undetermined”.
I use mpv & mpc-hc and it’s doing fine as I already configured preferred language
