@Marche 1) 07 is an .mp4 due to problems with the typesetting working in the softsubbed version, and 2) yes, but mostly in the karaoke timing and typesetting (they should be more on frame now if they weren’t before), as well as a few Very scarce dialogue changes

Why is episode 7 mp4? And is there any difference from the individual releases?
