This is the Banner of the Stars II "Recap Movie", subtitled. I haven't seen any releases besides [a DVD raw one](https://nyaa.si/view/1063434), so finding it on BD collection was nice. A while ago I went through most of Seikai series and did some BD encodes + subtitled releases. Not happy with how they were detelecined / encoded / everything, I'm doing the whole Seikai series again, and also releasing them here. Each release will have h264-10bit and AV1-10-bit versions.
