Editing the script to fix the times on the last sign cleared up the duration. In addition, the first four lines are delayed with respect to the audio by about 10.3 seconds

@ archivisth and jackiechun … it would also be nice if someone would fix the video and info up above because the ep is NOT 1 hour long … it is not even close … yeah when you are watching the ep some video players will show the ep as being an hour long … IT IS NOT 1 HOUR LONG
this ep is a very typical length for an anime, around 23-24 min long
