This batch contains my version of the final two episodes edited together, seamlessly removing the extra OP & ED so it runs straight into the next part without any issues. Of course the subs are also matched up to this edit. I hope this way you can enjoy the finale the way you were supposed to (and not the shitty way Crunchyroll put it out!) - I’ve also translated and added the Karaoke Lyrics for the Insert Song ED in Episode 5!
