This is awesome! Thank you so much again for your dedication, and for perfecting the V2s. I can't believe I'm going to say this after all these years, but: I will start watching BTTH later today. This is all thanks to you, and it's really a dream coming true for me. It's a shame now that I realize I won't be able to watch past Season 2, since you'll be pretty busy working on Season 5 every week to actually do Seasons 3 and 4. But I'm really grateful for what you've done, and hey, at least I will be able to watch half of what has been realeased. Thank you again. I will keep supporting your next BTTH releases, even though I won't be able to watch them. THANK YOU!
No problem. I'll do my best to get S3 and S4 done while S5 is airing. I might actually do S1 too, these origin episodes focused more on developing the story relevant to S5, so much is left out, especially meeting my favourite red head from the auction house :D
That's much appreciated! Take your time. Interesting, I was under the impression that this Origins was going to replace the original Season 1, but apparently not. Do they both start and end at basically the same points? WIth your knowledge of the series, would you say that it makes sense to watch Origins between Seasons 1 and 2? Depending on what you say, I will put a hold on my plan of starting the series with Origins.
Oh- I would really hate to delay you watching this series even further. But no, the start of origins gives a glimpse of how Xiao Yan's teacher is the spirit he is now, and primarily focuses (or reminds us) of his relationship with Xun'er since she'll be a focus in the Jia Nan arc. I think it would be safe to start with Origins, but it does leave out a chunk with respects to meeting and dealing with Ya Fei, the auction house lady (who you'll meet in Season 4).

I'm really torn between watching Origin + reading the slideshow and continuing with Season 2, or waiting to watch Season 1.
Wow- that is a good summary! based on that, you should be able to get in to Season 2 (but note that the first Special slots in after Episode 2). The whole meeting up with the fairy doctor, and the expedition to the cave was actually shown in S1 (but really doesn't matter given the credit scenes). Again, the only (key) thing missing (I think) in these episodes, and the credit scenes, is the relationship with Ya Fei and the Mite'er auction house, simply because she'll be featured in Season 4. BTW, I've decided to go ahead and re-translate S1 and will try to get it done while S5 is airing. Enjoy the new season as today is when it drops!! YAY!

SO SORRY ALL! I just realised all my mistakes in mixing up the term 'Qi Method' and 'Fighting Technique' in Episode 2 (and the line about a being a 'stone' on the ground). Ugh, so annoyed. I'll do a V3 upload soon. SOZ!
