Serious question but why don’t you put your fansub group name in front of the anime title in the file? I speak for [Anime Chap] isn’t that how you call your group? even if you are the only one on this group still put it anyway it’s not that you are the only guy who do fansub work by himself without the help of anyone else :)

@rpgmaniac I’ve addressed this quite a bit now but yeah I am the only one doing all this stuff under ‘Anime Chap’ - I’ve been doing this stuff for myself for years and over lockdown my friends asked me to upload it and now it’s become this - That said I’m pretty OCD with stuff and I despise any sort of tags in my anime archive (I actively remove them from releases too, keeping notes of what came from where in a Google Doc) - All of this stuff is uploaded and seeded right from my personal archive collection and I can’t afford the extra storage (and I’m almost full again as it is) to keep duplicates so I can tag my own ‘branding’ all over it - If I could afford a dedicated SSD to store and upload my torrent files then maybe, but until then they shall remain pristine and untouched XD - I hope this helps

If it is just a matter of disk space you could just upload the torrents with [AnimeChap] tag and then rename them in your torrent client.
That way your personal collection would still remain the way you want and people on nyaa who prefer files with sub group tags would also get what they want (assuming of course enough people care about this).

You can have duplicates on the same drive without wasting extra space.
Just hardlink the files and you get two folder entries for the same data.
There are some programs that make this as easy as right-button-dragging the files and selecting the appropriate menu entry.
