Orphan’s dual-audio upgrade spree continues with the dual audio release of Warau Hyouteki (Laughing Target). As before, the dub was provided by niki. Unlike before this is the UK dub, so be prepared for your Japanese characters to have English accents. A song-signs subtitle track is included too. This is wut I’m talking aboot~! This is another one of those 80’s OVAs that is actually kinda gud. I mean it’s not the best, but I do like the powers shown mere. So thank you.
