This eighth DVD volume recounts the high point of the Kingdom of Israel, its decline and fall, the enslavement of the people of Jerusalem in Babylon, and their subsequent liberation. Episode 22 recounts the reign of King Solomon, including the Queen of Sheba’s visit:

The series then skips forward some 300+ years. Episode 23 depicts the conquest of Jerusalem by the Babylonians and their subsequent enslavement in Babylon:

Episode 24 shows the conquest of Babylon by King Cyrus of Babylon and the return of the captive Israelites to Jerusalem:
