Seriously, I’m not sure why you’d expect this to be of any good quality. It’s a cam, these releases are c*** quality by definition. The only good thing about them is that they’re the first releases to come out and in many cases the only releases available while the movie is still running in theaters. This is what we have now so don’t complain, just make the choice of whether you really have to see it right away, no matter the quality or you prefer to wait for a better release or the Blu-Ray, which should be coming out probably around summer.

By the way - The movie is not canon, just a side story, so if the 3rd season comes out before a decent release of the movie is available that’s no big deal.
