Season 3, not 4.

Season 4 according to AniDB, TheTVDB, and pretty much every database site I’ve looked at.
Season 3 was Entertainment District which aired last year. Mugen Train was Season 2.

@ChaoXide Those sources are wrong. It’s offically Season 3. Entertainment District is part of season 2. This is even known in proper official listings as well as dvd and blu-ray releases.
Edit: I’d also like to point out the “databases” you are referring to are community driven and not official.

Show me where officially they use season naming at all, because literally no where on the official site or blu-ray does it say that Entertainment District is season 2. So you just outright lied.
Japan often still doesn’t understand how seasons work and just forgoes calling things seasons at all, or in the cases of AoT for example, they’ll call it seasons yet number episodes with absolute order which is also still wrong.
It’s up to databases to come to a decision when officially there isn’t any division and in this case those databases have decided it’s Season 4 and thus that is the end of the debate. People rely on these databases numbering for automation and thus labeling it incorrectly against them breaks things. If you’re not going to abide by such databases, then there isn’t any reason to use the SXXEXX naming, because the entire point behind utilizing that naming is to follow said databases for automation in libraries such as Plex.
Thus wrongly labeling it S03 will break all that and require downloaders to properly rename to S04. If it bothers you so much, rename them on your own personal drive to whatever you want, but stop trying to force others to incorrectly name their files when they’ve labeled it correctly.
