Untouched AmazonJP rips from the beginning of the (second) 29.970fps/VFR run up to Punk Hazard where SOFCJ's BD encodes are available.
457, 458 and 492 are the only episodes in 23.976fps. First two probably because they largely use old footage and the first Toriko special? Who knows really.

are episodes 207-454 available like this as well? i cant remember if they were also vfr but im gonna assume that they are

All episodes 207 onwards should are made in 30FPS. Question is if we ever get them in higher FPS
I recently noticed KQRM releasing Netflix rips. 001-196 so far.
It is only the cropped 16:9, but not gonna lie best looking croppe version I saw.
So I am really curious how the next batch will look like when he covers 207 onwards.
I hope they are 30FPS as well.
As far as I know 1-206 and 455-686 + TV Specials around that time are the only times One Piece has been 29.970fps/VFR.
Hell even the opening for 455 and 456 isn't 29.970fps like it is for all the others, so it's safe to assume when the opening was made the series was still 23.976fps.
Panda spliced FUNI with Mirai Koukai from NF LATAM for me for episode 207-230 so I'll be uploading that once some people've finished downloading this torrent and at some later date I'll up the rest of the Amazon episodes between those two batches.
Rest of the Amazon episodes is gonna take a bit tho, since they're missing Crazy Rainbow and Panda still has to fix those up before sending them to me.
1-206 is sadly still 16:9 on AmazonJP and NF LATAM, so still no good streaming source for those.
I thought 001-206 were only 24 fps 4:3?
At least I never noticed any issues with the SOFCJ version for the fps.
Thought of 457,458,492 more like throw away side projects, since they don't progress the story.

1-206 are indeed VFR, I didn't even realise SOFCJ's encodes weren't.
A&C's new DVD encodes of 1-130 are VFR tho and they said in the comments the second batch should come some time this year.
Gonna be the best video for the 4:3 episodes going forward. CR is the only streaming service I know of that has a 4:3 version but apparently it's pretty bad.
