Enhancements automatically applied:
- Main dialogue restyled to Gandhi-Sans styling
- Timing post processor applied to patch up Hidive’s terrible timing, snap to keyframe, etc.
- Readable subtitles - Overlapping lines no longer shift positions when you’re trying to read them
- Signs have their proper fonts ripped
- Hidive’s small font style for alternative speakers moved to top of screen
- Basic song-styling if Hidive has songs translated (styling is same for all shows)
- Overlapping main dialogue given blue outline to differentiate speakers
- Fixed signs displaying on top of dialogue
- Faux em-dashes converted to real ones
- Proper stutter (W-what?! → Wh-What?!, S-s-s-subsplus → S-S-S-Subsplus)
- OP & ED detection using animethemes api

No, both TVDB (Aired Order) and TMDB list it as S00E01

That really doesn’t mean anything. TVDB always lists ONAs and bonus home-video-only episodes in “Season 0” for the Aired Order, because the content didn’t air as part of the normal broadcast,
For a great example of this, “High School DxD Hero: Taiikukan-ura no Holy” was a special episode that retcon’d the end of High School DxD BorN to set up High School DxD Hero’s plotline. TVDB counts this episode as S00E18 in the Aired Order listing, but continuity-wise it is S04E00. The listings on these sites are crowd-sourced anyway and can change. I used TVDB DVD ordering and it slotted on my media server as S04E01 (with normal broadcast episodes all incremented one episode number), but when I check TVDB now, Taiikukan-ura no Holy has been changed to S04E99, where TMDB lists it still how it was before.

All of what you said is true, but for compatibility with Media Servers in the current day, S00E01 is correct
Also this is a set of short Twitter stories, so it does fit in a “Specials” folder rather than in a season folder imo
