Important note: v07 from the old Humble PDF exports had Kodansha’s ver. 1.0.0 which was missing a whopping 41-page chapter. This was fixed later in an updated 1.0.1 ver. on retails but the highest res rippable is 3150px compared to the old export which was 4200px. My decision was to mix both up, add the missing pages (and inject other TL fixes into the PDF) from ver. 1.0.1 retail to the old PDF export and get the most out of that situation.
