>GosickS is a companion series to Gosick, and fills in some of the gaps before and between Gosick volumes. GosickS I takes place before Gosick I, GosickS II between Gosick IV and V, GosickS III between Gosick VI and VII, and GosickS IV between Gosick VII and VIIIa.

Why is the v04 comparatively so small and has a different style cover? Also my Ubooquity for some reason puts it before v01. (Something with metadata?)
@deusxanime Sorry for the very late reply. The original illustrator (Takeda Hinata) for the Gosick series died before she got to illustrate volume 04.
This is also the reason why the illustrations also stop on v06 on the mainline series.
For the metadata, I'm not sure why Ubooquity puts it before v01. I checked using Sigil and the title is correctly set to `GosickS Volume 4`.
