The talk of the town this week has been Raimusu / ライムス whose name is actually just Slime from Dragon Quest rearranged (スライム / Suraimu). The official subtitles decided to render this as "Rymus", which makes about as much sense as calling Cell "Cer" instead. The most 'correct' approach here would be to call him Limes, since it's taking the S from Slime and moving it to the end of the word, just as the Japanese does. This naturally creates an issue as "Limes" conjures up the idea of a fruit and obfuscates both meaning and pronunciation.
