19:20 - 19:24 the subtitles are missing. Verified with other uploads that there should be subtitles with the dialogue.

They're not missing, they're mis-timed. EVERYONE was too lazy to correct the timing on that line. Here is the correct timing 0,0:19:21.17,0:19:24.20,

They are missing. He's talking about sigurth skill and it's not in the subs. I have compared with DKB and it's there. Missing text: "They're even stronger than Sigurth skills, which are the strongest currently known," from 19:21:120 to 19:24:199.
