The story of Steins;Gate takes place in Akihabara and is about a group of friends who have customized their microwave into a device that can send text messages to the past. As they perform different experiments, an organization named SERN who has been doing their own research on time travel tracks them down and now the characters have to find a way to avoid being captured by them.

*****Installation Instructions :
1 - Put your computer in Japanese Locale (required for installing/playing game/patch)
(Recommended your install of S;G is elsewhere than in Program Files/Program Files (x86), otherwise Win7 might throw permission errors when applying the patch.)

2. • Extract patch(SteinsGate Automated Patch V.1_3.7z) and copy/move Auto-Patch folder to main game folder (STEINS;GATE)(important)
     Note; Use 7-Zip to extract.
3. • Go into Auto-Patch folder and run one of following two to apply patch;
     – AutoPatch.bat(lets you choose which elements to patch)
     – oneclickfullpatch.bat
4. • Cosplay patch (Optional)
     – Extract CosplayPatch.7z into main game folder. See below how to activate it.

5 - Start the game with STEINS;GATE-patched.exe (or from inside the patcher) and Enjoy !
– Feel free to delete the Auto-Patch folder and its files after.

**** IMPORTANT

• If you are not patching into a completely fresh install, or have already started the game;
  Due to how saves are handled, any old saves are likely to mess up things (like keeping things untranslated, crashes) if loaded with a newer patch. Recommended you delete the save folder(STEINS;GATE) located here;
  Users\User\AppDdata\Roaming\Nitroplus (click Windows + R, type %appdata%)

**** Cosplay Addon Instructions

• To activate the cosplay addon, you must input 2106 instead of 120# the second time that you are prompted to call the Microwave-O-Phone (temp), then after the eletronical discharge everyone’s
  outfits while have changed and when you go into the configurations you’ll see a shadow mayuri with sparkly eyes in the bottom-left corner; click on her to desactivate the cosplay mode and vice-versa to reactivate it.
