This is a war and politics with no testosterone (see ANN encyclopedia) which actually makes it a pretty mediocre sotry but the characters and their relationships are fascinating and the art and music is incredible. I've watched it several times and it still fascinates. And for those who care about this sort of thing almost all the major character are attractive females ranging in age of loli on up.
