I have all the volumes of dressrosa, i'm seeding this: https://nyaa.si/view/899359 but my upload is around 40kB/s ,so I can't seed more than 2 torrents. If you want a particular volume of dressrosa I can try to seed one tho

@tluus 76,3% now. Did you notice that this seeder: cpe-24-166-1-160.cinci.res.rr.com is always online but never uploads a bit? Is it like this for you too?

@ThePi7on Yes, I never received anything from him! I'm 62.7%. It happens the same in some movies and specials, in Nami special there was a seeder but he gave up half, I got 45.0%, in movie 9 of the chopper nor 1%, I barely started the download and it disappeared! Do you have any movie? I have 10, 11 and 13. Specials: I got 3D2Y and Adventure of Nebulandia. If you want I can seed it, special Heart of Gold I just have the movie, not the extra file, I'm downloading the extra and then help with the seed, 98.5%.

@nickhdfan seems I'm still the highest peer at 77.3 % , still stuck.

Update: we're about 6 peers at 86% and slooooowly increasing. Thanks to whoever is seeding :)
