Well, there are differences between the two versions. Funi's sharp and Crunchy's a bit blurry, but keep in mind that the HD episodes was animated in 720p and still are being animated in 720p and those are just up-scales, so you might want to compare those versions instead of the up-scaled ones. I think Funi's encodes are better than CR and that's why it's better, not because of a fixed version or something.
