Forgot why did I even work on this. :/

ACX subs missing a few lines (and too low imo) while Arigatou subs provided by Beave from kametsu have some typo. So I cross-check the two to fix them.
Retime them, made another set for Signs and Songs, and remux to ACX release.
Added chapter marker(?) as well, for those who want to skip the OP
Just a one-man army, hopefully I didn’t mess up.
